A gated, private collection of seven bespoke luxury villas set in the pine forests of Jamta — each named after the tree it stands beside, each with its own private pool and an unbroken view of the Shivalik range.
"Every tree has a name. Every villa has a soul."
Away from crowded tourist routes. Surrounded by deodar and pine. A quiet hill location in Sirmaur that offers everything the mountains promise — without the noise of a tourist town. Villa7 Hillscape is not a resort. It is a home.
Each of the seven villas occupies its own plot, with private swimming pool, stone-and-timber architecture, and expansive views. No two villas are identical.
The deodar cedar — Himachal's sacred tree — names the largest and most private villa in the collection. Set at the edge of the estate, with unobstructed forest views on three sides.
Villa7 Hillscape is designed by The Architects Collaborative (TAC) — established in 2000 by Ar. Ritesh K. Singla and Ar. Manmohan S. Khokher — one of the region's most respected practices in sustainable, context-sensitive design.
Each villa is set into the hillside rather than placed upon it. Local stone anchors the structure to the land; timber introduces warmth in the living spaces. Expansive glazing means the Shivalik range is not something you step outside to see — it is part of the room.
The architecture is contemporary and restrained. No imported styles, no misplaced grandeur. TAC has designed for this specific landscape — and it shows.
Quiet, elevated, and surrounded by pine forest — Jamta sits in Sirmaur district, away from crowded tourist routes, with clean access from the plains.
The best way to understand Villa7 Hillscape is to stand on the land and see the view. We welcome site visits — speak to our team to arrange one.
"The best way to understand this site is to stand on it, hear the wind in the pine trees, and see the Shivalik range across the valley."
